Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist
Kelsey, Physiotherapist
Kelsey is a registered physiotherapist specializing in pelvic health, with a particular focus on perinatal care. During her Masters degree she had the option to take a pelvic health elective which effectively shed light on the disappointing truth that women grow up learning very little about their sexual and reproductive health. This insight inspired her to dedicate her career to supporting people through the challenges of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery, while helping them reclaim confidence in their bodies.
Kelsey provides compassionate, evidence-based care for a wide range of concerns, including urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, pain with intercourse, constipation, caesarean and perineal tear recovery, and pain related to pregnancy and postpartum. Her treatment style combines manual therapy, targeted exercise, and—above all—education. She believes that understanding what’s happening in your body is the first step to becoming an active participant in your own recovery.
By tailoring her approach to each client’s unique values, needs, and goals, Kelsey empowers people to return to the activities they love most. Whether preparing for birth, navigating postpartum healing, or managing ongoing pelvic health concerns, she strives to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where clients feel informed, understood, and cared for.
